Mr Abdul Jabbar Bin Karam Din

Mr Abdul Jabbar is currently the Deputy Managing Partner of Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP. He has more than 30 years of extensive experience in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, employment, banking and finance, general commercial and private client work, both local and international.

He regularly advises companies on corporate governance, compliance and regulatory matters and serves as company secretary on the boards of private and public listed and unlisted companies as well as registered foreign companies with Singapore branches. Mr. Jabbar is also a Senior Accredited Director of Singapore Institute of Directors.
