Mr Abdul Jabbar is currently an Executive Committee Partner with Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP’s Corporate and Transactional practice. He has more than 30 years of extensive experience in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and banking and finance. He is listed as a leading practitioner in Who's Who Legal – M&A and Governance (2017–2024) and Who’s Who Legal – Management Labour and Employment (2011–2024). He has also been recommended in The Legal 500 (Corporate and M&A) and recognised as a leading practitioner in Legal Week’s Private Client Global Elite.
