Mr Ho See Fong

Mr Ho See Fong is the Managing Director and second generation leader of HY. See Fong, graduated from the Imperial College, London with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He then went on to specialize in Electric Power Engineering at the Kungl Tekniska Högskolan (Royal Institute of Technology), Stockholm, graduating with a Master’s of Science. He returned back to Singapore and joined the Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA) Singapore where he served for almost 10 years. He was involved in the development of electrical networks and special facilities, such as the submarine cable connections and the Underground Ammunition Facility. See Fong was also involved in technology development projects exploring new Energy and Power applications for defence operations.
