Mr Nicholas McLaren

Nicholas McLaren is the Managing Director of dnata Singapore, part of the Dubai-based Emirates Group. dnata Singapore provides ground handling, cargo, catering, and lounge services at Changi Airport, with around 1,500 employees. He previously served as the company's Finance Director.

Nicholas has more than 20 years of senior finance experience across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. He has served as Group CFO of two listed companies: AMOS Group, listed on the Singapore Exchange, and Estithmar Group, listed on the Qatar Stock Exchange. Earlier in his career he led finance transformation work at DKSH and worked in the aviation sector in Dubai. His experience across the Gulf and Southeast Asia gives him a practical view of the commercial links between the two regions and the opportunities for businesses operating in both.

Nicholas is a CPA and holds an MBA and a Master of Commercial Law. An Australian, he has been based in Singapore since 2011.
