For over 27 years, Juliana has been a visionary business leader bringing to life sensorial experiences for leading international brands.

With a background in media and communications and a dream of becoming a stage actress in her youth, she extended her interest into theatre production and honed critical skills in stage management. Her talent in crafting videos and experience as an events practitioner fueled her passion to make each moment an artful and performing one. Exuding strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit, she founded independent agency Motion: For Impact in 2004 and went on to design a sensorial methodology that ignites the human senses and moves people into action, forming the heart and rigour of the brand.

Juliana has a strong interest in conceptual art and believes it can help people find a higher purpose. At Motion, she drives all facets of Motion's partnership pillars of Content & Communications, Events & Spaces, and People & Culture, directing its leadership and operations through a conscientious lens, inspiring intention and presence in everymovement and detail.
