Ms Su-Ann Lee

Su-Ann Lee is the General Manager for ASEAN at Etihad Airways, overseeing the airline’s commercial strategy and operations across key Southeast Asian markets. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Su-Ann brings over 20 years of experience in aviation, having held progressively senior roles within the industry.

Her journey with Etihad spans more than 14 years, including prior leadership roles as General Manager for Malaysia & Singapore and Country Manager for Malaysia. Her strategic leadership has been instrumental in strengthening Etihad’s market presence and fostering key industry partnerships across the region.

Before joining Etihad, Su-Ann spent over six years at Qatar Airways, where she served as Corporate Account Manager and earlier as Senior Sales Support in Abu Dhabi.

Su-Ann holds a degree in Economics from the University of London (External Programme). She is also a two-time recipient of Etihad’s Sales Excellence Awards, including the Global Sales Excellence Award in 2022.
