Wednesday, 8th November: The UAESBC was honoured to host its 5th Anniversary Charity Gala Dinner in support of the Singapore National Paralympic Council (SNPC) at the Parkroyal Hotel on Beach Road. The event was marked by the presence of our Guest of Honour, Minister of State Alvin Tan and President of the SNPC, Dr Teo-Koh Sock Miang.
We were graced by the presence of our Team SG para-athletes, World Champion archer Nur Syahidah Alim and Gold medalist boccia player Aloysius Gan. The UAESBC is incredibly proud of all our para-athletes for overcoming great obstacles to become champions in real life in addition to being winners in sports.
With the help of our generous sponsors and attendees, we were able to raise a total of $80,000 for the SNPC.
