FAB CEO for Saudi Arabia Highlights SG-UAE-KSA Strategic Business Triangle

Our sincere appreciation to Mr Fahad Aljuwaidi, Country CEO - Saudi Arabia of First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) for sharing his perspective and expertise on the topic of "Gateway to Saudi Arabia: Advanced Economy and Vision 2030" on Wednesday, 1st March 2023, at an exclusive session sponsored by First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), a UAESBC Corporate Sponsor. The Guest of Honour for the event was His Excellency Jamal Al Suwaidi, the UAE Ambassador to Singapore and the UAESBC Patron.
FAB has a significant presence in Saudi Arabia and is the biggest foreign bank in the country. The UAE, Saudi and Singapore business corridor triangle is very strategic and important. In addition to the advanced Saudi economy and Saudi Vision 2030, Fahad also discussed the mega and giga projects in Saudi and areas of collaboration between the countries to synergize and continue building strategic business and trade partnerships.
The talk received positive feedback from attendees who had opportunities to network with fellow guests and senior executives from FAB.
The tea-time talk was attended by about 40 attendees and was held at the iconic Singapore Cricket Club. In addition to the sumptuous mini-buffet spread, the attendees were able to mingle and interact between themselves in the midst of the colonial architecture of the exclusive club.
During the event UAESBC President, Dr Brian Shegar, gave the welcome remarks and introduced our featured speaker while our our GOH and Patron, His Excellency Jamal Al Suwaidi presented our token of appreciation to Fahad. As as finale to the UAESBC Talk, all participants of the talk took a group photo at the Gilmour Terrace of the iconic building.
