The UAESBC is pleased to collaborate with our Strategic Partner, the UAE Embassy in Singapore, to present a webinar entitled “Women in Business: UAE & Singapore”. The Singapore government has dedicated 2021 as the Year of Celebrating SG Women. Singapore business women have played a prominent leadership role running large MNCs, GLCs and SMEs. Singaporean women have also senior leadership political roles and in the Government.
The UAE has the highest number of female ministers in the Arab world. In the UAE, women's participation is particularly strong in the public sector. Women hold two-thirds of public sector jobs in the UAE, with 30% in leadership roles and 15% in technical and academic roles. Women in the UAE participate actively in the private sector in various roles including that of CEOs, Owner-Entrepreneurs and Senior Managers.
This seminar aims to connect Singapore and UAE businesswomen so that they may share experiences and explore opportunities for business connectivity.
Join us for this not to be missed webinar, where inspiring and dynamic women leaders from both countries will be featured.
